Our services constitute professional advisory and strategic guidance. We do not provide investment advice, financial products, fund management, capital deployment services, or any form of regulated financial service.
Each consulting engagement is governed by a defined scope of work that outlines deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities. Engagements are fixed-scope programs with clearly defined consulting outputs. The specific terms of each engagement will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement of services.
While we apply professional expertise and proven methodologies to every engagement, no specific business outcomes, financial returns, revenue increases, or performance improvements are guaranteed. Results depend on numerous factors including but not limited to client implementation, market conditions, and organizational readiness. All case studies and metrics referenced on this website represent past consulting engagements and are not indicative of future results.
All consulting fees are payable in advance via our secure payment processor (Stripe). Fees are denominated in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the consulting services described in the engagement scope. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and authorization to commence the consulting engagement.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business data, strategic plans, technical architectures, and any other information designated as confidential. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the engagement.
All deliverables created specifically for the client during the engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. Axiom Advisory Group retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and tools used in the delivery of services.
Axiom Advisory Group's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the consulting engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement in question. Under no circumstances shall Axiom Advisory Group be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the consulting engagement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
Axiom Advisory Group reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
