Consulting Service Refund Terms

Axiom Advisory Group is committed to delivering exceptional consulting and advisory services. We understand the significance of your investment in our programs and have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness.

Pre-Commencement Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your consulting engagement before service delivery has commenced (prior to the initial strategy session), you may request a full refund by contacting our team within 48 hours of payment. Refund requests made after 48 hours but before service commencement will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Post-Commencement Policy

Due to the nature of consulting services, fees are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced. Service delivery is considered to have commenced upon the completion of the initial strategy session or the delivery of any consulting materials, whichever occurs first.

This policy reflects the bespoke nature of our consulting engagements. Once work has begun, our team allocates dedicated resources, conducts proprietary research, and develops customized deliverables specific to your organization.

Scope Modifications

If circumstances change during an engagement, we are committed to working with you to adjust the scope of work where reasonable. Scope modifications may be discussed with your assigned partner and will be documented in writing.

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our consulting services, we encourage you to contact your assigned partner directly. We are committed to resolving concerns through open dialogue and professional mediation. All disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our team with your engagement details and the reason for your request. All refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5 business days.
